Yummy Mutton Stew Recipe
Healthy food can be tasty too. Cook a healthy and yet delectable mutton stew using mutton, potatoes, tomatoes, chilies and Dabur Hommade Coconut Milk.
1kg mutton washed and cleaned
2 potato cut in big pieces
1 bunch find cut coriander
3 fine cut tomatoes/ 2 tablespoon
Dabur Hommade Tomato Puree
10 green chillies fine grind
15 whole black peppercorn
4-5 green cardamom
1 stick cinnamon
2-3 bay leaves
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 freshly ground coconut
Dabur Hommade Coconut Milk
Salt to taste
Method of Preparation
Place the washed mutton, coriander, chilli paste, peppercorn, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, bay leaf, tomatoes/Dabur Hommade Tomato Puree, salt and turmeric in a pressure cooker.
Cook till the mutton is half cooked.
Then add freshly ground coconut and the potatoes.
Close the cooker and let the mutton and the potatoes fully cook.
Add the Dabur Hommade Coconut Milk and stir.
Bring to a boil.
Serve the stew hot with boiled rice. The very combination of boiled rice and steaming hot mutton stew looks tempting and is impossible to resist.
