Delicious Veg Langadi Tangary Recipe

  • Channa flour (besan) - 1cup
  • Pinch-hing.
  • Turmeric powder - ½ tea spoon
  • Red chilli powder - ½ tea spoon
  • Dabur Bhuna masala - ½ tea spoon
  • Salt to test.
Method of preparation
  • Mix all ingredients and make a tight dought with water.
  • Divide the dought in 3or4 equal parts. Roll each part by hand and boiled in water for 10 minutes. Take a toothpick and press in it to see if it is properly cooked.
  • Remove from water and keep a aside. This is boiled basen tangary.

  • Raw jackfruit(boiled and massed) - 200gms
  • Besan - 2 table spoon 
  • Dabur Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 table spoon
  • Amchur Powder - ½ tea spoon
  • Onion Cut into small pieces - 1.
  • Red chilled powder -½ tea spoon
  • Dabur Bhuna garam masala - -½ tea spoon 
  • Oil to fry.
  • Salt to test.
Method of preparation
  • Mix all ingredients equally.
  • Take boiled basen-tangary. Cover it by jackfruit mixture at lower side (give shape like chicken legs) and deep fry it.
  • Keep it aside.

  • Put a pan on flame and heat 1 table spoon oil.
  • Add jeera and tajptta sliced onion and fry it till golden brown
  • Add onion paste, garlic paste, ginger paste, Dabur bhuna masala, corriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, Dabur  Hommade Tomato Puree.
  • After 5 minute add 1 cup water, salt to taste. Boil it for some time and add fried Langary Tangary.
Serving suggestion
  • Put the curry in serving bowl, garnish it with corriander leaves, Dabur Hommade Coconut Milk and serve it with rice or hot rotis.This yummy vegetable dish can make your mouth watering instantly. The unique combination of raw jackfruit and spices makes it both healthy and tasty.
